Shipping Process
After an order has been placed, it could take up to 1 - 3 business days to process. When your order has finished processing, you will receive an email with tracking information for your order. Please allow 24 - 48 hours for tracking to update.
3. Shipping Time
Once your order has been delivered to an official USPS, your tracking information will say "Accepted/Picked Up" meaning the package is no longer in our possession and we are not liable for any lost or damaged packages.
US Orders (we currently only ship within the US)
- Standard Shipping: $10
- Items are normally shipped within 1-3 days after purchase
Additional Information
If your tracking information says "Delivered" and you cannot find your package, please make sure to check with family members or a neighbor first in case it is in their possession waiting for you. ohpokemang is not responsible for any lost packages.
